Premium for current, in-force policies will go to the same address you currently use, and premium correspondence should be sent to premium@stoplosspartners.com. As we work together to write policies with our new carrier partners, we will work closely with you to provide updated instructions for premium remittance.
Claims are still handled by the same team, but please begin sending claim reimbursement requests, reporting, and inquiries to our new email claims@stoplosspartners.com.
Rest assured, e-mails sent to our former e-mail addresses will continue to be forwarded to our new accounts until July 1, 2023 so that we will not miss your correspondence.
